Stratum AI is built by Berlin AI Solutions LLC. We started with a simple observation: lawyers in transactional and regulatory practice were being left behind by the AI wave. Not because the technology wasn't useful to them — it clearly was — but because the security model was wrong.
Every tool on the market asked law firms — bound by attorney-client privilege and the rules of professional conduct — to upload privileged communications to someone else's cloud, train on their work product, or route queries through third-party models. For regulatory counsel, transactional practice, and any matter where privilege matters, that was never an option.
We built Stratum to fix that. Self-hosted AI models, encrypted infrastructure, and a platform where every answer cites its source. AI assists. You decide.
